It's amazing how quickly the weather has changed. Literally, just as Summer officially ended, the temperature dropped and the leaves began changing their color. We've had some rain, but when watching the national news it was interesting to see they would say "rain", when for us it is really "showers". Doesn't sound like much of a difference, but it is! Showers mean the rain comes and goes. With the exception of one day, when it's rained the days usually included some blue sky and sunshine. When the sun comes out, everything shines.
It's amazing how God created the seasons? So when the skies are usually overcast and the temperatures cooler, He made the leaves to change to brilliant yellows, golds, oranges, and reds. The colors are so bright its as though the sun is radiating from the leaves.
It's getting much colder...everyone says it's almost like Winter. Today I bought the girls matching flannel pajamas. So cute! I was looking for the same one in adult sizes, but alas, no holiday cookie lavender pajamas for me! I am thinking of going back to see if the largest girl's size might fit????
